About UP Rehab Services

UP Rehab is an independent company that offers an array of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy servicesSince opening in 2005, the company has rapidly expanded their operations to include several locations and specialty services throughout the Upper PeninsulaUP Rehab now employs over 200 people and partners with nursing centers, outpatient clinics and hospitals to provide advanced, evidence-based physical rehabilitation services.  

The Challenge

As UP Rehab grew, they needed a more advanced, centralized methodology to manage their complex network of employees, locations, schedules, and marketing support functions. 906 Technologies was charged with learning the ins and outs of their entire operation and building a powerful, efficient, easy-to-use custom software solution to support seamless business functionality and the highest levels of patient care. 

Our Simplified Solution

We partnered closely with UP Rehab’s staff to fully understand their physical, occupational and speech therapy services and the specific nuances of the various roles within the company including administrative, therapy, billing, compliance, and clerical functions. With a cohesive understanding of the situation and their requirements, we crafted a customized software system core then validated with individual staff members that it would provide superior performance and meet their needs. The result was a robust webbased employee portal that can be easily adapted for individual users. 

Current Status

As UP Rehab continues to grow, so do the requirements of the system. We continue to collaborate with them every step of the way, providing support, updating the software, and rolling out integrations to new locations.
